“Rosie” was sired by “Marthas Mega Jac” who is one of
NRHA’s top 20 leading sires. She is out
of producing Top Sail Whiz mare Alicia Rose. Top Sail Whiz is the #2 reining
horse sire. She will be 5 yrs old in 07 and stands about 14.2 hands high.
Rosie has a sweet disposition and is a very pretty
mover. She has not taken a lame step since we have owned her (yearling). We
only put 3 months training in this mare when she was two yrs old. She was a
little in-mature as a 3 year old so we decided to wait till her four year old
year for further training. When her 4 yr old year came, we were putting all our
money into other horses and hitting the show circuit, we just didn’t have the
funds to further her training. She is ready to go back to school or be put out
as a brood mare. She is paid up in the NRBC.
My wife has recently had her second back surgery and we need to cut back
to just a couple horses, as a result Rosie needs a new home.
